AubSauce Barbecue Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

1 Bottle Original AubSauce

5 Roasted or Grilled Skinless Chicken Thighs

2 Prepared Pie Crust

12oz Bag of Frozen Mixed Vegetables

1 Cup Ricotta Cheese

1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Place 1 sheet of Pie Crust in a 9" Pie dish and set aside.  

Cook the Mixed Vegetables following the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.

Shred Chicken in a large mixing bowl then add Mixed Vegetables, Ricotta Cheese, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, and 1 bottle of Original AubSauce. Mix until thoroughly combined. Add the mixture to the Pie dish and cover it with the remaining pie sheet. Trim and seal the sides. Brush the pie with an egg wash and cut a vent in the top for air to escape. Sprinkle with sea salt.

Place Pie in the oven and cover it with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour. Remove foil and back until golden brown.
